Hysham - Lena Mouat, 84, died Wednesday night in the Rosebud Community Hospital in Forsyth.
She was born Oct. 11, 1889 in Vinjefjord, Norway, and came to Minnesota in 1907.
She was married to James J. Mouat July 29, 1913, in Vancouver, B.C. The came to Montana in 1917, and ranched near Meyers until 1959. Her husband died in 1970.
Mrs. Mouat was a member of the Hysham Lutheran Church.
Survivors include five sons, Donald, Douglas and James Jr., all of Meyers, Bill of Billings and John of Great Falls, Va., 17 great - grandchildren, three brothers, John and Arne Klongervik, both of Norway and Jorgen Klongervik of Salt Lake City, Utah and two sisters, Klara Eidsvoll and Kristine Haugen, both of Norway.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Beals Mortuary in Forsyth, with the Rev. Leo Tormoehlen of the Concordia Lutheran Church officiating.
Burial will be in the family lot of the Rancher Cemetery near Meyers.
