Kristie Sather Brousseau

This photo was taken at the cafe in the downtown Seattle Nordstrom store where Kristie was celebrating her 100th birthday. She started working at the Nordstrom Cafe as the coffee refill lady when she was 87. She finally had to stop working sometime after her 100th birthday. The restaurant was full of people - including a couple of Nordstrom executives - who wanted to wish her well. She was mentioned in the Norstrom Annual report that year, "And there's Kristie Brousseau who, at 100 years of age, continues to bring smiles to the customers at our Nordstrom Cafe in downtown Seattle."
